Premier Lacrosse League Announces 2024 Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame Inductees 4/18/24

LOS ANGELES – April 18, 2024 – The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster today announced the professional lacrosse players set to be inducted into the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame at the PLL’s Alumni Weekend, August 3 – 4 at Homewood Field in Baltimore.

Brendan Mundorf, Josh Sims, Kyle Sweeney, and Lee Zink have been named to the 2024 Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class by the Hall of Fame Committee and inductees.

“Our 2024 Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame is built on a class of All-Pro’s, All-Stars, MVP winners, MLL champions, and team captains,” said Paul Rabil, Co-founder and President of the Premier Lacrosse League. “These players’ demonstrated a longevity of success that will invariably serve as their legacy. It’s an incredible honor to recognize their work and lasting impact on the game.”

“This year’s Hall of Fame class represents the best in our sport, and they have all left an indelible mark on the game of lacrosse,” said Rachael DeCecco, Chair of the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame Committee and VP of Lacrosse at the PLL. “We look forward to celebrating their accomplishments and induction to the Pro Lacrosse Hall of Fame at Homewood Field this summer.”

Inductees to the Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame are nominated by a Hall of Fame committee member and receive a 75 percent majority vote of approval from committee members. Alumni of the Premier Lacrosse League and Major League Lacrosse are eligible for nomination to the Hall of Fame if they played in either, or both leagues for at least five years, and have been retired from professional lacrosse for three years.
