WINGS TO HOST ULTIMATE PAJAMA PARTY, BARK IN THE BOWL AND INVITE KIDS TO DESIGN THEIR OWN DASHERBOARD AS PART OF 2020 THEME NIGHTS AT WELLS FARGO CENTER 

The Philadelphia Wings Professional Lacrosse team will host the city’s largest pajama party, invite dogs to a game, and allow a child to design a dasherboard in crayon as part of a jam-packed promotional schedule that highlights their nine home games at the Wells Fargo Center in 2020. 

“We’ve created new and engaging experiences to encourage our fans and invite new fans to enjoy a Wings game in 2020,” said Lindsey Masciangelo, Chief Operating Officer, Philadelphia Wings. “We’re excited to host the largest indoor pajama party, and see how many fans bring their dogs to a game, and what type of dasherboard a young boy or girl can design with a Crayola Crayon. There’s something for everyone at a Wings game this year, and we can’t wait for the party to start.”

US LACROSSE NIGHT – vs. Vancouver Warriors – Friday, January 10 at 7 p.m.

In conjunction with the US Lacrosse Convention taking place during Lacrosse Weekend in Philadelphia, the Wings will hit their home turf for the first time this season to host US Lacrosse Night, an entire evening dedicated to celebrating the sport of lacrosse. Wings fans can take advantage of $1 Hot Dogs at select concession stands. A special ticket offer is available for fans to purchase a Lacrosse Convention FanFest ticket and a Wings ticket for $25. 

CITY’S LARGEST PAJAMA PARTY – vs. Rochester Knighthawks – Sunday, January 19 at 7 p.m.

The Wings will host the Ultimate Pajama Party presented by Factory Donuts at the Wells Fargo Center, when they face off against the Rochester Knighthawks. Fans are invited to dress cozy for a cause during the city’s largest pajama party. A portion of the proceeds from this night will be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

LOCAL HEROES NIGHT – vs. New York Riptide – Friday, January 24 at 7 p.m. 

The January home stretch continues with Local Heroes Night presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka, where members of the military and first responders will be honored for their positive impact within our community. 

COLLEGE NIGHT & BATTLE OF THE BANDS – vs. Georgia Swarm – Friday, January 31 at 7 p.m.

The Wings close out the first month of the new year with College Night presented by Yuengling, featuring a battle of the bands between local universities.

ESPORTS NIGHT – vs. Saskatchewan Rush – Saturday, February 22 at 7 p.m.

Back by popular demand, the Wings will host their second annual esports Night powered by N3rd Street Gamers and Army ROTC. Fans will have access to a gaming experience on the main concourse and can visit LocalHost Wells Fargo Center to battle it out against other gamers. 

KIDS DAY – vs. New England Black Wolves – Saturday, March 7 at 1 p.m.

Young Wings fans are in for a treat when kids run the show as the Wings face off against the New England Black Wolves. A variety of giveaways, activities on the concourse and VIP experiences will take place to celebrate Kids Day presented by Crayola Experience. Leading up to Kids Day, the Wings will launch the Color Your Wings contest in partnership with the Crayola Experience. The contest will allow kids 12 and under the opportunity to design a dasher board for the Wings Kids Day game. The winner of the contest will be announced during the game on March 7 and will receive crayons and Wings tickets to a future game for their entire school. Fans can enter the contest by visiting Wingslax.com and completing and uploading the dasher board template.  All submissions will be reviewed and the top 4 will all be displayed on the dashers during the game, with the winner being announced during the 1st period. 

ST. PATRICK’S DAY CELEBRATION – Sunday, March 15 at 7 p.m.

The season-long party continues with a St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. Fans can enjoy food and beverage deals, games and activities, and Wings specials when the Wings face off against the New York Riptide.

BARK IN THE BOWL – Saturday, March 28 at 7 p.m.

A family favorite, Bark in the Bowl presented by PAWS returns, and fans are invited to bring their dogs to enjoy a night of ruff and pawesome lacrosse. Fans who bring their dogs will have access to a designated section within the Wells Fargo Center to enjoy the game.

FAN APPRECIATION NIGHT – Saturday, April 4 at 7 p.m.

The Wings will show their appreciation for the best fans in the National Lacrosse League on Fan Appreciation Night with giveaways for all fans, VIP experiences, and fun for the entire family.
