UNCASVILLE, Conn. (November 27, 2019) – The New England Black Wolves announced today that Adam Bomberry has been signed to a three-year contract extension.

Per team policy, no details were released.

Bomberry joined the Pack in August of 2017 after spending two years with the Rochester Knighthawks. The Black Wolves acquired the defenseman in exchange for Brandon Robinson and the 14th overall selection in the 2017 NLL Entry Draft.

In his first two seasons with the Black Wolves, Bomberry competed in 33 games, scored nine goals and added 14 assists. He collected 150 loose balls and set a new career-high after collecting 85 during the 2018-19 season.

Rochester selected Bomberry in the second round (16th overall) in the 2015 NLL Draft. During his time with the Knighthawks, he appeared in 14 games, recorded six points on three goals and three assists and also collected 55 loose balls.

“We are extremely excited to have Adam sign a three-year extension with the Black Wolves,” general manager Rich Lisk said. “Bomber is part of our core defense and my goal is to have these guys play together for many years to come. His three-year signing is a testimony to the culture we have built here and the vision we all have for this organization.”
