Lacrosse is Awesome Welcomes Jimmy Garay-Triviski our RBLL-Minnesota Correspondent 2/1/18

Jimmy grew up In Oakdale, Minnesota a suburb of Saint Paul. Growing up he played football; hockey; and baseball. It wasn’t until he was a senior at Tartan High School that he would begin playing lacrosse. Jimmy is currently a defensive man for the Hastings Walleye, a semi-pro box lacrosse team that is a part of RBLL-Minnesota. He was a three-year starter at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, playing every game as a close defensive man; while at UWRF he studied Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching.

He currently Works at Western Bank in Saint Paul as a teller and along with fellow Walleye, Mike Nogle, is working on creating a club field team for post collegiate and non-traditional college students; this team will play in the Great Lakes Lacrosse league this spring and will also share the Hastings Walleye name.

Jimmy has been supported by his loving family, Father and Mother, Jimmy and Melissa; siblings, Victor and Gelly; and Grandparents, Mike and Irma. Jimmy is looking forward to covering RBLL-Minnesota and working with all of his fellow writers at “lacrosseisawesomse.com” this upcoming season! #GoFish

He will be covering the RBLL-Minnesota Hastings Walleye during their season and it is a pleasure having another writer who currently plays and is familiar with the game of lacrosse.
